<h2>NFTs these days and age</h2><p>NFTs are always in moves with new ideas, initiatives and projects introducing to the market almost every single second. We know one of the oldest types of NFTs were “Coloured coins” debuted in 2012. However, it was just a small sand in the ocean which received actual storm in 2021. The NFT market in 2021 marked significant evolution in trading sales with $69 million in total.  </p><p>In the first half of 2022, NFTs seemed to play a role of an outsider of cryptocurrency’s blue. However, in the past few days, we can see that they have been all on the same page. Being suffered from a struggling macroeconomic environment and the consequences the Terra ecosystem caused, most Ethereum-based NFTs’ floor price have been tied to the price line of ETH. Many NFT enthusiasts worry most about their profit from each digital assets along with the future of NFT in general. However, despite the crypto winter is happening and no one can tell the ending of it, there are still pieces of big news relating to NFTs that will, somehow, make you cling more strongly to the non-fungible tokens and their future. </p><h2>NFTs are more than just property</h2><p>If you only know about NFTs because of their potential profits after big names like CryptoPunks, BAYC, Coolcats…, you are on the surface. Of course, that is what people come and help NFTs to gain up-to-date profit and reputation. When the digital assets reach a certain level of global acceptance, there is a variety of useful practices NFTs might introduce.</p><h3>NFTs as a way to raise voice for the global problems</h3><p>Even when you are not following the political news, you might have known about the Russia-Ukraina conflict causing dizziness in an international scale. People were struggling with lacks of food and energy supplies, not to mention mental pains. Utilizing NFTs as charity or donation is not new, many organizations are running for this rewarding purpose. In March 2021, $69 million was raised in an auction for an NFT made by Beeple - one of the most noticeable NFT artists. The $6 million came from a piece of art called “Ocean front” was ultimately funded for the Open Eath Foundation for empowering the organization in terms of solving climate change. </p><h3>NFTs as a way to empower artists</h3><p>Artists are working hard to provide their audience with the most elite products and they should be treated fairly for what they did. However, due to some barriers in art releasing process, artists are not entirely supported. There are numerous cases reporting about an artist has been underpaid, or one’s piece of art suffering from copyright infringement. Intergrating artwork into NFTs makes things less burdensome. </p><p>An outstanding advantage of blockchain technology is that third parties are fully removed from the working process between provider and supplier. All the information needed will be processed via smart contracts where high levels of security and confidentiality are reassured. Blockchain-based art, particularly music, is exploring its way to the dreamland that claims no third-party involvement. Her new song approached the mass differently in a form of NFT where people need to pay fees to own her product. In another perspective, her fan can take advantage of this occasion to have authorized and one-of-a-kind salem ilese’s hit for their own. However, the real value from So Far So Good is the fact that artists share the a part of revenue with their audience. If the artists succeed and become popular, the fans also benefit and this creates a positive feedback loop.
